Live outdoors with the endless beaches

Pentewan, Cornwall

Amazing location

Our terraced stone cottage lies in a quiet valley in a dead-end road, about 200 metres from the village square and beyond that the quay and beach.  Pentewan beach is wide and sandy with its own coves.  Largely unspoilt, it has facilities for children and water-sports in the summer.  The village pub does meals and has a delightful sitting-out area overlooking the quay.  Further away, there are bays and beaches, harbours (some with tall-ships moored up) and towns.   Pentewan has a couple of cafes and a small shop at the far end.
